Jillian manages the accounting for the firm and its portfolio companies, as well as provides general support on operations. Prior to joining 13th Floor, Jillian served in a variety of accounting related roles for several non-profit organizations. Jillian holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and received a degree in Accounting from Farmington State University of New York.

Josh serves in a variety of roles within 13th Floor Capital and focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and structuring the firm’s investments, as well as providing overall management and legal support to the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining 13th Floor, Josh founded a technology company in the real estate finance space. He also previously served as general counsel for two banks and was a partner for several law firms. Josh earned a J.D. degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and valedictorian, and a degree in Finance from Florida State University.

David is the founding principal of 13th Floor Capital and serves as the CEO of its portfolio companies. He was instrumental in leading the firm’s initial investment and has become a fast-rising star in the Focus Brands system. Prior to forming 13th Floor Capital, David worked for global private equity firm Warburg Pincus with a focus on consumer goods and food service businesses. David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University.
